 “HAFT” Health Advocates Frontier Team came to my knowledge way back in 2020 through my immediate supervisor at the platform for the needy and voice of Toro FM Mr Waddle Stephen.

Because I was doing programs on health slots at 101 voice of Toro, I found it important to stick a relationship with the members because we had something in common.

Through “HAFT” coordinator Mr Tumuhimbise Reuben, I have enjoyed a comfortable stay with them and a solid relationship that has gone even out of what brought us together. In fact almost all “HAFT” members have become fantastic friends of benefit.

We have had different re-unions from the time we first met, mostly through hosting them in my health programs at the Radio to throw a light on most important health issues.

I can therefore tell that through voice of Toro’s audience research activity 2021, health slots sighted in most of our programs with “HAFT” were singled out to have helped those in relationship and that married couples.

I have hosted “HAFT” president and other experts in not less than programs, including but not limited to “REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH DISEASES AND HOW THEY HAVE AFFECTED RELATIONSHIP/ FAMILIES”

“REDUCING MENSTRUAL STIGMA IN YOUNG GIRLS WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY” and more others.

“HAFT” coordinator has featured in our news bulletins, I have covered different “HAFT” activities, a case in point;

@while giving out food to the needy in Kasenda.

#HAFT bursary scheme extended to needy girl children who had dropped out of school because of menstrual stigma.

@medical camps around kabarole district while extending out free medical advice and treating different diseases.

I feel privileged to associate with such a visionary association of medical experts & ready to render to my hand whenever called upon.
